Thank you for shopping with Super Dolls Beauty. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item you bought from us, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • You must provide your order number and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked non-returnable)

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, send:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect/damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the request and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

In your email, include:

  • Your order number
  • Name of the product(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Any supporting photos (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 3–7 business days after the item is received and approved

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

5. Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
